How it works

About this class

Flow, Sweat, Breathe, get AMPED! This Hip Hop Vinyasa class will take you through a sequence that flows with hip hop music set to get you motivated to put in work work work work work (Rihanna voice)! We will begin the class with a slow warm up that includes restorative asanas and Surya Namaskar flows to build heat in the body. This is followed by the fun! We will then do 3 set sequences 3 times each at a fast pace - aka cardio yoga flowing! Each sequence gets faster and faster and by the third set we are blasting music, super sweaty, all while having fun. Once the cardio flowing is over, we move onto our HIIT workouts that primarily focus on glues & abdominals. We incorporate blocks, light weights, and resistance bands for some added difficulty. At this point, we're all due for some highly deserved savasana, Sage & lavender will be provided in order to complete the rejuvenation process in the body and release any negativity that no longer serves you. Get ready to flow, sweat, and have an amazing time. Hip Hop Vinyasa is calling your name!

Hip Hop Vinyasa with Hannah
billed as a challenging class but i didn’t find it very challenging. great instruction and music but i wanted more sequences.
Hip Hop Vinyasa with Haley
The yoga is pretty good, but the music is definitely not hip hop. I was looking for an alternative to Y7 because I don't love hot yoga, buy this spot does not have the same kind of energy that I like and was looking for.
Hip Hop Vinyasa with Claire
The class was good, but it definitely was not a hip hop yoga class. I was upset about the false advertisement( one drake song on the playlist doesn’t count). Just call it vinyasa. The practice itself was relaxing and challenging, but the room was a little cold.
Hip Hop Vinyasa with Stephanie
Really challenging and fun! Some people may not like the loud music for a yoga class but I loved it
Hip Hop Vinyasa with Stephanie
I love this studio but this class and instructor were so disjointed and overbearing. Not zen.
Hip Hop Vinyasa with Haley
Great class though some of the songs were a bit too energetic for what we were doing. Hip hop yoga is a delicate balance.
