Mama Core Boot Camp with Babies at Pranavah Yoga Studio
About this class
Our Mama Core Boot Camp is a full body work out, helps new mothers to re-educate their core from the ground up and the inside out. The class is designed to help mothers retrain the muscles of the pelvic floor, and the abdominal wall, while threading the class with pilates, yoga and core training. Moms are given 55 minutes focus, concentrate, build muscle strength and embody the Warrior Mom. The class is structured 80-90% around mom's fitness. Your little angels are free to crawl, wiggle around or just watch you. This class taught by Carolyn McPherson, founder of Classic Barre Yoga Bliss. Carolyn fully understands the physiology of prenatal and postnatal bodies. Mom will feel the difference in their bodies the next day. She will see the difference in her body 6-8 weeks later (of regular practice 2-3 times a week). And the disciplined mom will have a different body 6 months later. This is mom's gift to herself: a strong healthy mom benefits the whole family.

How to prepare
Please note that first time students must arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. You must wear sticky barre socks in the studio during class; no shoes or bare feet are permitted. Please bring a yoga mat or you may rent one.They do sell grippy socks at the studio!
