Great class! Xavier was very informative, nice, and a great teacher. Would definitely recommend for learning the fundamentals of weight lifting.

Xavior was a great instructor. I was new to this class and lifting in general and he was very welcoming and helpful with demonstrations (as were other class attendees - this class seems to attract some regulars!). Would recommend.

Xavior is amazing. It was my first time lifting and he gave the best guidance and feedback. He was incredibly encouraging and the time passed by so quickly. He’s the opposite of a “boot camp drill sergeant” but he still gets great results (prob better). I’ll be back!

This class was great! I wanted to learn the foundations of lifting and this class helped me with that. Xavior was so attentive to me as a beginner, which I really appreciated. I dont know if lifting is for me but Id definitely go back to this studio as the atmosphere is so welcoming.

What is ClassPass?
