How to get there

Looking for us? We face the back wall of Gateway Cinema and are located behind Whole Foods Market and REI. If you’re coming down 360, turn into Gateway Shopping Center at the light by Whole Foods, continue through the four-way stop sign, and keep driving until you see us on the right. If you’re entering from Stonelake, turn in next to the Paul Mitchell School (across from Embassy Suites) and drive until you see us on the left.

6:30 am class is definitely not as packed as the 5:30 am class and I preferred it because I got more one on one instruction. There was modifications to every workout to suit your fitness level and everyone was very nice and welcoming. Went on Wednesday (chest/arm day) and it did not disappoint. Planning on going Thursday for leg day.

What is ClassPass?
