About this class

Come get your Strength "PhyX" with an abbreviated version of our Strength class! This 45 minute class combines total body strength and resistance training with cardio to build lean muscle and burn fat. You will use a variety of weights, resistance bands and your own body weight to move thru progressions that focus on movement, mobility and endurance. Wear shoes. Mats are optional, but not necessary for class. All levels welcome.

Please bring gym shoes and a mat for all classes. No street shoes please.

We offer a HUGE variety of classes such as HIIT, Strength, TRX, Circuit, Sculpt, Barre, Yoga and many fusions of these classes. Our instructors teach to the highest level of athlete in the room while offering modifications for anyone who needs/wants them.

What is ClassPass?
