Are you ready for this?!?! Culture L.A.B. is unlike any class you've taken at PCv! This format focuses on extended periods of cardiovascular endurance (NOT HIIT) and muscular conditioning as well as stretching and lengthening through extended recovery yoga poses. You can expect to sweat, burn and feel amazing all at once in this class designed to give you all the benefits of a complete and well balanced training session.

We offer a HUGE variety of classes such as HIIT, Strength, TRX, Circuit, Sculpt, Barre, Yoga and many fusions of these classes. Our instructors teach to the highest level of athlete in the room while offering modifications for anyone who needs/wants them.

Rotation of 3 minutes cardio, 3 minutes strength and 3 minutes of yoga poses. Was a good class, but felt long.

I love this class!! And Nicole is an amazing instructor. Culture LAB pushes me to my physical and mental limit, in a great way. It is challenging but always modifiable if you are struggling. I love that in a one hour class, Im able to get in my cardio, strength, and yoga/stretching.
