About this class

An intense full body fitness experience! They work with props, weights focus on cardio and strength. They recommend you hydrate 24 hours in advance and eat lightly 2 hours before. What to bring: -Yoga mat + towel (Limited rentals available) -Water bottle There are no late entry and please arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and full length mat towel. All items are available to purchase and there are limited rentals at the studio as well!

How to get there

They are right beside Sina Pharmacy & Organic Juice Bar on Smithe (in between Richards and Seymour). There is plenty of metered street parking on Richards or 3 large parking lots on the same block. They are right in the middle of Granville or Yaletown skytrain stations. They do not have designated studio parking.

tough class, she doesn’t like to give breaks much. It’s all worth it because you’ll leave feeling accomplished and challenged. Great workout and great teacher!!

Instructor was great, high energy but really hard to hear her in the mic, very muffled sounding. Especially when she was laying down, I couldn’t hear or see anything we were meant to he doing.
