How it works

About this class

FITNESS CLASS: 45 minutes of an intense full body fitness experience! We work with props, weights focus on cardio and strength. We recommend you hydrate 24 hours in advance and eat lightly 2 hours before. Get ready to challenge yourself to your fitness limits! Additional 15 minutes of options stretching and cool-down. The perfect 45 min class for your lunch hour break OR take then extra 15 mins to chill and stretch out for the full 1-hour! *This class is similar to our Fast + Furious Fusion except a little slower paced, but still with AMAZING energy and results! What to bring: -Yoga mat + towel (Limited rentals available) -Water bottle There are no late entry and please arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and full length mat towel. All items are available to purchase and there are limited rentals at the studio as well!

How to get there

They are right beside Sina Pharmacy & Organic Juice Bar on Smithe (in between Richards and Seymour). There is plenty of metered street parking on Richards or 3 large parking lots on the same block. They are right in the middle of Granville or Yaletown skytrain stations. They do not have designated studio parking.

This class is a level 1-3 but I feel is more of a level 1/2 for those looking for something that will get your heart rate up or are more physically fit, this isn’t very intense. There are a lot of breaks between sets and instruction time. The moves themselves also weren’t challenging enough for my liking.

Instructor was pretty good but could have given more direction and posture corrections.

Worked every muscle group with bodyweight, dumbbell and bad exercises. Very challenging in the hot room but instructor was great, very encouraging and fun. Good for any level, mods were given to make it easier or harder and there is recovery time given after sets.

I was really disappointed that this cost didnt have more of a cardio component or really any cardio component at all. It was a fine glass but really more of a just level one or two fusion class. I would go back again but now I know that its not a cardio-based class. I think that the description should be changed.

instructor was very good. He kept everyone motivated and upbeat. for me this studio was WAY too hot for this style of class. The heat would be nice for yoga but for a higher intensity workout it was almost unbearable. For this reason I wouldn't do this class again.

Crazy but great workout. The trainer kept telling the class to look/keep beautiful but that pretty challenging when youre a sweaty mess lol
