About this class

Welcome to BoxHIIT! A high intensity workout that will keep you moving all class. Be prepared to learn combos like your 1's and 2's, with bursts of cardio in between. Please come well hydrated before class and ready for a heart-pounding workout! (Low Heat) What to bring: -Yoga mat + towel (Limited rentals available) -Water bottle There are no late entry and please arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and full length mat towel. All items are available to purchase and there are limited rentals at the studio as well!

How to get there

They are right beside Sina Pharmacy & Organic Juice Bar on Smithe (in between Richards and Seymour). There is plenty of metered street parking on Richards or 3 large parking lots on the same block. They are right in the middle of Granville or Yaletown skytrain stations. They do not have designated studio parking.

The instructor was great (I’ve been to another one of his classes before) however I wasn’t keen on the boxing element. I thought it would be push ups, burpees and squats kind of class
