This class may include light weights and other equipment and is open to all levels and abilities. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don't forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Nice, clean studio. Instructor was very clear and demonstrated the movements before we did them. Great workout!

Melissa is a great instructor but the class was not challenging enough to get up your heart rate or feel the burn of your muscles. I would have preferred something more challenging.
