In this 60-minute class, you will begin with a half hour yoga flow sequence, then for the second half of the class, you will focus on the core through a variety of exercise styles that are sure to leave you feeling energized, strong and perfectly balanced.

Please bring a mat to class. Wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are best. Baggy clothes tend to hinder your yoga poses.
