Please bring a mat to class. Wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are best. Baggy clothes tend to hinder your yoga poses.

I found this class a bit too boot camp ish. Instructor was yelling the whole time. No attention to technique, not very welcoming. But I like that it's a quick workout to fit into the day.
