About this class
During this vinyasa practice, you will work up a sweat while combining breath with movement to develop strength, balance and flexibility within your entire body as you move through postures focusing on proper alignment. Unique to this moderately-paced class is a focus on core, which is the foundation of most yoga poses. Leaving this practice you will feel grounded, centered and balanced. All levels welcome. How to prepare
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Bring your yoga mat, and water bottle. If you do not have your own yoga mat, they have mats available for your use.

Located at 5480 Nathan Ln N Plymouth, MN, Northern Edge Yoga is an extension of Northern Edge Chiropractic. They are located on Nathan Lane just off of Bass Lake Road and Highway 169, and serve the Plymouth, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park and New Hope communities. They recommend putting Northern Edge Chiropractic into your GPS as the yoga studio is located inside the same location. The clinic is across from residential homes in a large brick building and has onsite parking.
