How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Bring your yoga mat, and water bottle. If you do not have your own yoga mat, they have mats available for your use.

How to get there

Located at 5480 Nathan Ln N Plymouth, MN, Northern Edge Yoga is an extension of Northern Edge Chiropractic. They are located on Nathan Lane just off of Bass Lake Road and Highway 169, and serve the Plymouth, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park and New Hope communities. They recommend putting Northern Edge Chiropractic into your GPS as the yoga studio is located inside the same location. The clinic is across from residential homes in a large brick building and has onsite parking.
