Wouldn’t recommend if you never have been to a fitness class before or are not familiar with many exercise because the instructor doesn’t explain the movements in depth and just leaves it up to you.

Ramona is incredible; I must have unlocked something in my body and mind during this class because the way I felt at the end of class in shavasana was pretty much the best and most peaceful I've ever felt in my life. Wouldn’t say this is super beginner friendly you need to know basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, ohp) and experience with barbell work. The workout was go at your own pace so you can make it as hard as you want. It’s in a warehouse so no AC but lots of fans. I’ll be back!
