Studio is extremely hard to find and the staff is not very welcoming. Saving grace was the great instructor but other than that not the best experience.

the teacher's daughter (couldn't have been more than 10) and a friend came to class. They were a huge distraction for the teacher and laughed through the yoga portion. It was really unprofessional and not a good experience.

Amazing class! The spin class was great with tons of jumps and hill climbing. I loved how you can unwind with the yoga class after. I felt like it was the perfect balance.
