How to prepare

Late-Arrival Policy: users who arrive five minutes after class start time will not be permitted to enter class. Sneakers are required for FlyFit.

How to get there

This studio was previously known as "Flybarre" on ClassPass! Please be sure to check-in to class prior to class time to avoid a no-show fee. This studio has four check-in options: Self check-in via Flywheel app Auto / geo check-in via Flywheel app Self check-in via studio tablet at the studio entrance Check in with Flywheel staff member at the front desk We also encourage you to download the Flywheel app to utilize the auto check-in feature. You can download the most updated version of the Flywheel app and follow the prompts to enable location and Bluetooth. Once complete, you’ll be automatically checked into class as soon as you enter the studio!

Really enjoyed the intimacy, speed, size and instructor of this class. She thoughtfully lowers the volume to explain the exercises, inlike other studios ive been to where the teacher yells the whole time. I will be back!

My first time at any Flywheel class and I liked the energy and vibe. FlyFIT was a high energy HIIT style class with circuits. I would classify it as a solid, medium intensity workout with a good blend of strength and cardio (more cardio than I expected, though, so be prepared) and solid variation in exercises. Alex was great and kept it high energy, and somehow managed to remember everyone’s name at the end. Not the toughest workout if you’re used to Barry’s / Training Lab / Tone House, etc., but very accessible if you’re not. A good addition to the weekly routine.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
