Great class! You really can rack up some good distance. My only suggestion is for the coaches to be more structured. I got confused what were doing at times and wish the coaches would be telling us to increase/decrease, etc. Overall great workout though!

Amazing!! Beats Mile High Run Club in NYC beats Barrys Wow am definitely coming back next time Instructor was super encouraging hands on. And studio hostess very friendly!

This class was all on the treadmill and really focused on your running form. Great class for runners of all levels. The coaches really push you to be your best. Ended with foam rolling recovery which was amazing!!

the 8am had a smaller class size of maybe 9. the class afterwards was pretty large. i like how motivating they are. they will keep you moving!

How to prepare

Please bring athletic shoes and a water bottle to class. Water is available for purchase at the studio. First time visitors need to arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver before they're allowed into class!

How to get there

Fly Feet is located in the 15 Building at 15 S. 5th Street, on the street level. <br> First time visitors need to arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver before they're allowed into class!<br> <br><br> There are six parking lots located within a two-block radius of the studio. The light rail and bus stops are less than a block away. You can take the skyway to the "15 Building" and use the elevator to get to the first floor. You'll have to step outside for a few brief seconds to enter the space from the front.

What is ClassPass?
