Each and every workout here at Wilmington Fit Body Boot Camp combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training, Exercise Stacking as well as Active Rest periods giving you the best possible workouts out of any exercise program! Best of all each and every training session is high energy and coached by their certified personal training team to keep you accountable, motivated, and on track for your fitness goals.

How to prepare
Please come in 10 minutes before class begins so you can fill out a fitness evaluation form and get weighed in. Bring water and another pair of sneakers to work out in. We ask everyone to not wear outdoor sneakers on the mats. We look forward to training you soon!
