How to prepare

Our mission is to create and maintain healthy lifestyles of community members by providing a fitness facility that offers: a safe and caring environment for the family, top-of-the-line fitness machines,equipment and friendly staff to help you reach your goals. Weather you're into running marathons, powerlifting, spinning or meditative yoga. Simply sign up for your class, bring along your workout gear, arrive 15 minutes prior to the class starting and our front desk staff will welcome you and get you setup.

Great workout! Hard intervals and went by fast. Solid.

Really wanted to like but very strange. The class was held in the gym, taking space from others that just wanted to workout and the front desk people were watching (very uncomfortable). Overall the gym is small and the staff is inexperienced (especially the front desk).

If we had to do another round of bear crawls, I probably would be crawling home. Great workout as always.

What is ClassPass?
