How to prepare

Gripped socks are REQUIRED for Lagree Fitness classes.. Please allow ample time to get to the studio. You will NOT be allowed to take class if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to class. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bring a small towel for class (more if you plan to shower). No glass water bottles. Sneakers are the norm in Urban Row and Triple Threat classes Rings damage our Megaformers. You will be required to take off your rings and put them in the cup.

How to get there

Allow ample time for parking, especially for evening weekday classes. Street parking is available on a limited basis and varies depending on the time of day. Mon-Sat: free before 8 AM and after 7 PM. Sun: free before 1 PM. The following are pay parking lots, which are a 5-minute walk from the studio: • REI garage: 1405 NW Johnson Street ($3 evenings and weekends) • Brewery Blocks garage: NW 12 or 13th between Couch and Davis (2-hour validation for Whole Foods) There is ample bike parking and public transportation available.

What is ClassPass?
