Great intimate class on a Sunday. The instructor Carmen quickly gauged our skill levels and created a fun routine for us. Lots of opportunities to ask questions, and get advice on our positions. Also, lots of time at the end to rehearse my moves and record my progress! Definitely recommend for beginners

Good class, studio is very small and doesn’t really have a room to change so come dressed in your workout gear if you can!

Fine but not great. Did not go over form and kind of jumped ahead for what is a beginner class. Also wish there were different levels than just beginner and open level.

What is ClassPass?
