About this class

Working with kettlebells helps to develop athletic strength and power while keeping heart rates sky high! In this total-body weight training class you choose the outcome! Opt for lighter weight and more reps for lean, toned look or crank up the weight to put on muscle, shred fat and build all around strength. We work on the standards; compound and aesthetic lifts to build a foundation of strength for the rest of our classes.

Good workout! Was kinda cold in the room but otherwise I liked the intervals. Emily made sure our form was correct which I'm glad for. Class was perfect size.

This class kicked my butt, but in the best way. I’m motivated to keep going! A very welcoming environment. The trainer was motivating, took time to correct your technique, and was a pleasure to be around. I also like that the gym has two private showers.

How to prepare

**Our Bryant Park location will be temporarily closed due to building conditions starting April 1st. All classes will be held at our 54th Street location!** Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class - unfortunately they can't let anyone in after class starts due to the high impact of their workouts and the level of detailed instruction provided . Classes are all barefoot at EPIC -- floors are all padded.

**Our Bryant Park location will be temporarily closed due to building conditions starting April 1st. All classes will be held at our 54th Street location!** EPIC Interval Training - Bryant Park is located on 38th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. We are on the 5th Floor of our building.
