About this class

Finally a class designed to and strengthen your "power house" - all the muscles surrounding the spine. This 45 minute class will start with a warm-up of joint mobility and spine exercises followed by muscular work of the abs, back, legs and butt. The muscular work will be a challenging mixture of using your own body weight and props such as foam rollers and pilates circles, and stretching will be infused with the strength work. Lots of variations and modifications will be presented to make this both challenging for the expert and attainable for the beginner.

I normally find Pilates really boring, but Amy finds a great balance to make this class challenging while also making for a relaxing Saturday morning. Im dealing with a hamstring injury right now, and find this class gives me a good workout without having to put strain on my leg (with modifications she gives me). Thanks, Amy!

What is ClassPass?
