Looking to replace your Sunday hangover routine with something a little more badass? Then we think you're ready to Rise. Greenpoint Rising is a 45 minute, high energy boot camp class designed to get you going before your weekend brunch. This is not your typical CrossFit class. Think awesome music, fun people, and heart-pumping cardio. We run, row, bike. We swing kettle-bells, throw wall-balls, and do burpees. We jump on boxes and conquer pull-ups. We squat. We squat a lot. Ya know, the fun stuff!
