About this class

The original barbell workout that strengthens and sculpts your entire body. This 60 minute program challenges all your major muscle groups by using classic exercises like squats, lunges, bench press and bicep curls. Train each muscle group to fatigue! High reps elevate the heartrate and blast fat! All levels can benefit from this class. Learn proper form and see results! It’s addicting!

BODYPUMP with Kim
The instructor was not motivating or informative. I was new to the class and had to ask several times what equipment I needed and still did not get an answer. I had no idea if the weights I was using were safe or appropriate. This was probably my least favorite class ever.

it was fine. The instructor struggled with letting us know what was going to happen until the exact moment it was happening.

if you're going to do bodypump here, only go to Corinne's class. She's super fun and bubbly and actually goes over form.

Very hard to follow. Doesn't seem meant for outsiders or new folks.

I did not find the instructor of the class to be motivating or welcoming to new students. She also did not ask if anyone was new to BODYPUMP at the beginning of class making it hard to follow. At the end, she only guided stretching for core and a little legs but did not guide stretching for legs fully or arms at all.

Save your credits!!! I would not take this class again of it we're free. The instructor was rude and did not go over moves beforehand. A girl in this class who was clearly new, was basically yelled at for form, but at no point did the instructor go over to attempt to help her. I would highly suggest using credits for gym time here rather than this class.

What is ClassPass?
