About this class

One of their "signature" classes.  This class will focus on strengthening muscles you never knew you had by incorporating muscle burn pyramid interval sets that individually focus on your lower body, core and upper body. Strengthen, tone and sculpt your entire body while also generating a metabolic "ripple" effect that will continue to burn fat for hours after the workout.

How to get there

For classes at the Back Bay location on Boylston Street that are before 8AM, after 5PM (Mon-Fri), or on weekends, you can enter the passcode 2876 (numerical code for BURN) or buzz us through the intercom system to enter. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor or take the stairs (passcode is 8671*)

It was an okay workout, but there was no support from the instructor on technique. It’s a nice studio space but I found the personal attention from both front desk and trainer to be lacking, and the workout not great enough to overcome those details either!

I usually love this class/studio. The instructor was good but her arm portion didn’t really focus on arms. With the exception of the one tricep exercise, it was more cardio/core focused. It would be great to incorporate more arms focused moves

Class was not super difficult considering the reviews, and the shower products were subpar. Beautiful clean studio, though, and kind instructor.

Challenging! Definitely be prepared for burpees and jumping moves (my legs were shaking). Jonathan was very motivating keeping us moving the whole time. It is also full body with weights (i used 5s and 7.5s the whole class)

What is ClassPass?
