About this class

Set your lower body on fire with this low impact but intense 45 min class that focuses on strengthening the lower body. Tuck, thrust, lunge and squat your way to complete booty burn. *BE ADVISED - CLASSES IN THE HOT ROOM CAN REACH TEMPS OF 37 DEGREES CELCIUS (similar to a regular Moksha class) - make sure to hydrate, take breaks when you need it and consult with a medical professional if you're not sure if this is the right workout for you. **BOLO's hot classes require the use of yoga mats - bring if you have, otherwise we have them for rent at the front desk! 2 CLASS CREDITS

The class is really hard and good but also be aware that the room is really hot which can be hard. I felt sick during some moves.

Great instructor + class! Outside of the workout, the upkeep of the facilities at this gym need to assessed. The floors in the hot room are always covered in hair and other dust / lint / dirt. I just don’t feel the overall cleanliness is up to standard. Perhaps cleaning the floors between classes would be an option.
