About this class

A condensed 45-min version of our Hot Core Quencher! Plank, crunch, twist and reach you way to a serious core challenge - using everything from bands, to gliders, to balls. Be prepared to feel the burn, wipe the sweat and possibly feel it the next day! *BE ADVISED - CLASSES IN THE HOT ROOM CAN REACH TEMPS OF 37 DEGREES CELCIUS (similar to a regular Moksha class) - make sure to hydrate, take breaks when you need it and consult with a medical professional if you're not sure if this is the right workout for you. **BOLO's hot classes require the use of yoga mats - bring if you have, otherwise we have them for rent at the front desk! 2 CLASS CREDITS

The class was challenging but do-able for all levels with options for modifications. The instructor was really sweet. More importantly, I have serious respect for her because she did the entire workout with us!! The only constructive feedback I have (not worth deducting a star) is that the music was a little too quiet that I could hear the boot camp class next to us and it was distracting.

Some of the moves were harder than I expected them to be but Jade was very non-judgemental and an amazing cheerleader! Can’t wait to take it again and become stronger!

What is ClassPass?
