About this class

All ages of men and women and levels of fitness experience welcome. Come together with your Blooma community to sweat and feel strong! In this fast paced class we will build endurance and strengthen the whole body using body weight exercises, intervals, yoga, and end with the best part - savasana. *Not recommended during the third trimester. *Clean tennis shoes are highly recommended for this class.

How to prepare

Free mats are available for use at all 3 locations, as well as tea and water. Dress comfortably. No need to bring anything except a baby carrier for the Babywearing Barre classes. Please pre-register for childcare, Barre classes, and weekend Prenatal.

What is ClassPass?
