    I will admit I was really skeptical when I walked in and saw Jules was subbing for Lauren - the music was different, the energy was different, and it just felt like a completely different vibe from Lauren’s usual Sunday morning classes. But it turned out to be great. The class had a nice flow and was challenging without being overwhelming or intimidating. It was a good accidental introduction to Jules - I am more willing to signup for her classes going forward too.

A slower pace but instructor provides modifications to make it more challenging. Overall, great experience.     I don’t know why there are even any negative comments about the reformer class. I loved the class with Erin and she has such clear instructions. The pace is a little different from places like Lagree but I find the targeting of the muscles- especially the intrinsic ones was amazing here.
