About this class

This class is a combination of three proven fitness trends that change your body, level of fitness, mobility and recovery ability. Every A10 class will have a similar format including: - Intro with movement coaching and modification offerings - Dynamic, yoga-inspired warm up - A10 minute section of high-intensity, functional movement - Power yoga inspired sequence- to recover the body The intention of the A10 portion of class is to be at your maximum intensity the entire ten minutes, resting as little as possible. Every class will feature different movements in each part of class, this ensures muscle confusion, which drives quick results.

How to prepare

Towels, mats, or shoes are NOT required for A10 or A20 class. Please bring athletic shoes for AStrong and a mat for AFlow. They have water for sale and filtered water fountains to fill up your own bottle. Towels are complimentary!

Loved the studio; the instructor was super intense. Not my style but if you want an intense instructor, a good fit

The schedule on class pass was wrong, was actually a A-strong class for 30 min.

Very fast paced. I’m familiar with yoga poses but still needed to look around the room for hints to some lesser known poses. By the time I hit one pose we were already moving onto the next. The whole class was hang cleans, box jumps, and yoga repeated. The instructor was super receptive to my feedback when she asked if I liked the class, and suggested I try A20 or Astrong next time, which I think I will do.
