How to prepare

Shoes, towels, & toiletries are provided. We use LOOK KEO clips on our shoes, if you have your own, feel free to bring them with you. Come prepared to work hard and get sweaty! We move through the class as a team, we start and finish our journey together, but it's important that you listen to your body. If you need a break, reduce the tension and pedal slowly. Keep your feet moving at all times and stay with us in the room. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class time, LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER CLASS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

How to get there

1163 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M6J 1J4 There is street parking as well as pay parking in the FreshCo & Metro parking lots North of the studio on Gladstone Ave. The TTC stops westbound on Queen Street at Beaconsfield Avenue and Gladstone Avenue and eastbound at both Gladstone Avenue/Sudbury Street and Abell Street. There is plenty of space in front of the studio to lock up your bike. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class time to allow for check-in and proper setup. LATE ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Leah is great and I love that they give you clip in cycling shoes. Leah’s class is awesome for people who love a bit more choreography or arm movement (great distraction - it makes the class go by faster). My personal preference of a class is more of a steady ride, but her energy was terrific and I felt comfortable just going at my own pace

I am a big fan of sleeping in, but this class was definitely worth waking up for. My Monday morning started off powerful which set a great tone to my week. After the group killed their Monday morning, we were rewarded with delicious coffee from the Drake. Does it get any better?

What is ClassPass?
