Please make sure to present a photo ID when checking in for your reservation. Please bring sneakers or spin shoes to Les Mills RPM classes, as shoes are not provided at this facility.

How to get there

24 Hour Fitness- Tilden Sport understands you may not be able to make it right at the start of the hour so feel free to show up anytime during your Gym Time reservation and leave when you are finished with your workout!

Not for beginners who don’t know the choreography
Definitely not a beginner class, but a lot of fun! The instrutor is very energetic, for sure I'll come back!
This class really picks up the pace and is so much fun. Ingrid is energetic and encouraging. I can't wait to take the class again!
I was really disappointed with this class. Please note that if you are not an advanced stepper, do not sign up for this class. There is a lot of choreography. I had to leave midway through the class bc I was so lost. I really wish they would've mentioned this in the description of the class.

Very choreography-heavy. Hard to follow as a relative beginner, but still fun.

What is ClassPass?
