How to prepare

Please make sure to present a photo ID when checking in for your reservation. Please bring sneakers or spin shoes to Les Mills RPM classes, as shoes are not provided at this facility.

How to get there

24 Hour Fitness- Tilden Sport understands you may not be able to make it right at the start of the hour so feel free to show up anytime during your Gym Time reservation and leave when you are finished with your workout!

More of a boxing class. Focused more on boxing techniques and did not include any kickboxing or cardio. Class was still good and instructor knew his stuff. Feeling it today!

I left my towel home because it says they have towels - as I've found out the towels are only to buy. The class Kickboxing didn't have nothing to do with boxing or kicking it was just an aerobic dance class with some stupid music - they shouldn't use name "kickboxing" - it's confusing.
