About this class

An authentic Military Style Rucksack Boot Camp. This boot camp class is different in that it implements the use of a rucksack which members of our armed forces carry during their training. The ruck will be used for running and well as strength exercises which may involve squats, thrusters, lunges etc. All instructors are former or active U.S. Military so expect a authentic but catered to the general public experience!

How to prepare

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to work out in outside. This is an outdoor class and we ask you to dress appropriately and to bring water. We will be supplying all attendees with a ruck sack and a sandbag of your choice for weight.

Very innovative class. I really enjoyed the outdoor aspect and the workout itself was great. If you need a challenging lower body workout that incorporates new moves and targets a unique muscle set, then this is the class for you.

Great workout on the Esplanade and for a great cause! Highly recommend

Come ready to work out! We ran to the esplanade with the ruck sacks on, did some weighted exercises with them and some body weight exercises, and then ran back to the location afterwards. Definitely a beautiful way to enjoy the great weather outside. One thing to note though, if youre working out on the grass, you will get down and dirty.

Amazing class! It was outdoors which allowed you to enjoy the lovely sunny outdoors (finally!). The routine was perfectly coordinated and timed and the team was very well trained, friendly and super kind definitely recommend it.

What is ClassPass?
