see all reviewsThis class is definitely worth committing to. The decor is beautiful, be cautious it’s warm when you walk in and will be the whole class, as it states on their info. The first 30 mins were slow and you learn the moves and how to make them intentional for your body, the next 30 are with music. The instructor was so informative, she made everyone feel welcome. She answered any and all questions and made sure class was calm and efficient. It is challenging, but if you stick to it it’ll be worth it. Definitely plan on visiting again.

see all reviewsLong overdue review: I’ve been taking Ashley’s classes for almost a decade. She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

see all reviewsI loved this place! Right from the beginning the instructor, Sarah, was very welcoming. I was new along with a couple other girls and Sarah made sure we felt welcomed the whole time. I felt like my inner child came out. It was super beginner friendly and Sarah wasn’t pushy about doing the exercises either, because she understood I was a beginner so even though I couldn’t do some of the exercises I kept trying and she kept making sure to check up on me and help if needed. It was a super fun way to work out. I will definitely be back for more.

see all reviewsLOVE LOVE LOVE. Difficult, but crazy fun. You just jump in and take your time and learn the movements by following the instructor (follow the feet, not the hands). Nadia was so welcoming and just had a blast, it’s really a huge dance party with planned movements. I almost bailed because I’m typically a strength training / weight lifting girl, but do it!! It’s worth it.

see all reviewsIncredible class, the instructor was super friendly and fun and I felt right at home at this studio! I honestly had more fun in this heels class than I maybe ever have in a dance studio before, it was THAT good! I will say that this is not an appropriate class level for a beginner though, which wasn’t a problem for me, but is something to keep in mind if you’re a novice dancer!

see all reviewsI really love the space, but be advised that these classes are more like open practice. there is no combination the teacher is teaching. You come in and dance with people there and work on any combinations that you want to try. the teacher will watch and give suggestions, but these aren't formal lessons. I still liked the studio and will return, but if you are looking for a traditional teaching style of salsa bachata or cumbia, you may be disappointed.

My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
