My suggestion: I think cardio Pilates could incorporate some other cardio movements— rather than just using the jump board as cardio. I’ve gone to this class twice and I think it focuses too much on jump board which gets repetitive and boring.

see all reviewsAndrea was a great teacher. She really focused on form and making corrections, which is exactly what I needed. Her class was pretty tough too because she used props. The class was really great. The only thing is that there were two other private lessons going on at the same time. Unfortunately, one teacher and client were extremely loud, making it kind of difficult to hear the instructions

see all reviewsI’m a fan! First class. Studio is CLEAN and easy to get to/park. Music is great. Class was intense and challenging but sooo accessible because the pace is correct for this kind of workout that marries strength and balance. I usually prefer the Pilates pro type machines, but this one made more sense than other Lagree machines I’ve used. Not scary, and Kayts was awesome.
