This was a cozy little studio! It was a fairly challenging flow and we broke a little sweat, but I think it was ok for all levels.

Everyone at this studio is very kind, including fellow patrons - a rarity in the upper east!

Loved the class!! Loved the studio. Loved the teacher.
Indoor Basics, Level 1 Vinyasa with Ashley
Class was great-right at my speed. As an FYI: the studio charges $2 to rent a yoga mat, which I thought was a little nickel and dime-y. Have never been asked to pay to use a mat at a studio before.
ROOFDECK Open Level Vinyasa with Gina
Beautiful setting with an accessible practice.

Great Class!
ROOFDECK Open Level Vinyasa with Rebecca
Most of the class was very slow paced (i prefer a much more intense flow), however i started to enjoy the class toward the end when the instructor started demonstrating how to do certain poses properly. I really liked that. No hands on adjustments were provided but she was a nice teacher and available for any questions.
