Gentle Yoga 1 [m] with Sissy
Nice easy class for good stretching. Sissy was lovely.
Yoga Tune Up Self Care with Sierra
Good pressure point class.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Keri
Delicious class. Excellent teacher, very happy to have taken the class.
Vinyasa Flow 1-2 [m] with Cathy
Very chill class. Cathy is a sweetheart but its too crowded.
Hatha Yoga 1 [m] with Shell
This is very much so a beginner class and is more meditation than true yoga. There are some yoga poses but focuses a lot more in unengaged posture and controlled breathing. Not great if you are looking for a yoga class to stretch and work your muscles
Restorative (Pre-Reg Req) with Markella
Really hot in the studio but class was good
Restorative (Pre-Reg Req) with Markella
The instructor was awesome. It was just what I needed. A star comes off for the rediculous check in process (if ur classpass, u have to show them u registered on ur phone) and the tight studio space. Looks like a 2 bd apt converted into a studio.
Yoga Basics (Pre-Reg.Req.) with Kara
Accidentally signed up for the 6:15 Yoga Basics class - meant to sign up for the 6pm Level 1/2. There was room in the 6pm class so I took that one. It was by no means a Level 1/2. It was so slow and we barely held any yoga poses - just stretched.
YogaWorks 1-2 with Stephanie
This was not a level 1/2 class. It was below basic and the teacher spent more time talking then we did moving
