How to prepare

Wear comfy clothes that don't restrict your movement, and bring a towel, water and a yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, no worries! You can always rent or buy one at the front desk.

Not really a TRX class but more of a circuit class. Would like more TRX moves for abs and arms than the bands.

This was a nice class but it is mostly restorative very little active yoga poses. Felt relaxed and good.

John is an engaged teacher. It’s a good workout but music and workout don’t vary much—would be great to mix it up occasionally!

A bit quirky but fun!
TRX w/ Music with John
John does a great job demonstrating and describing each move! The class moves pretty fast and it involves small weights, resistance bands, and gliders as well as the TRX bands. As a heads up you do not need to bring your own yoga mat... they have mats available for this particular class in the studio.

Definitely not as “up beat” as I expected from the description. Still great though.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
