Hot Yoga with Em
Em was a great, vivacious teacher. The class was a good mixture of challenging asanas and mindfulness.
Core with Sarah
Gentle core workout, really nice focus on doing things correctly
Restorative Yoga with Shalom
Very restorative and relaxing! Great guidance from instructor too.
Unity Flow with Anna
I’d recommend arriving 15 min early since it fills up quick!
Vinyasa with Kate
I would not call this class a flow vinyasa class at all. We used bands and did a lot of non-traditional moves stretching with bands. It was not at all what I was looking for.
Vinyasa with Kate
Oh my. I’m sad to give this class 1 star but I have to. It’s labeled as an all-levels, vinyasa class but there’s nothing all levels or vinyasa abt it. This is most definitely a beginners level, slow flow. Anyone with even a year’s tenure with yoga will be bored. The teacher was kind and knowledgeable but most assuredly didn’t offer the class listed in the description. Class needs to be renamed.
Hot Yoga with Natalia
Very cool studio. Everyone in this class seemed like they have been doing yoga for years. Probably not great for beginners. I would also not recommend an hour and a half class if you’re a beginner either. Teach was very good at explaining what your body should be doing for each move. She was also good at adding modifiers! Great class, great place, just not for beginners.
Vinyasa 2 with Chris
Wow.
Hot Yoga with Natalia
Class was really full, great teacher but definitely not a beginners class. Studio is also beautiful
Hot Yoga with Sandra
Worked up a good sweat, but was slightly disappointed it was more of a Bikram style hot yoga, while in the past it has been more of a vinyasa style. The instructor was fun though
