By appointment only! Please No walk-ins. Looking for fun body-weight exercises which build strength, dexterity, coordination and tone you without feeling like you're at the gym? You've come to the right place! We are a friendly, boutique studio specializing in small classes of yogis, athletes, aerialists, dancers, performers, regular folks and those who seek the healing benefits of expressive body weight movements. We specialize in the following classes: Gymnastics, Find My Handstand, Flexibility, Pole Dancing, and Aerial Hoop. We promise it's fun and addicting, because you'll be learning new things about yourself and getting into the best shape of your life while you do.

How to prepare

To Prepare for Pole Play fitness dance class, Do not wear lotions or oils day of class. Do NOT wear or bring jewelry. Do bring shorts to wear because your skin needs to be exposed to grip the pole. To prepare for Aerial Hoop, Do not wear or bring jewelry. Do bring leggings, long pants, leg warmers, tights and long sleeve tops to protect your skin from aerial hoop abrasion. To Prepare for Find My Handstand or Flexibility, bring any fitness gym attire is fine. Do bring an open mind to partner work and body weight training.

What is ClassPass?
