How to prepare

Rental Mats are free! Lockers are provided in the restroom for your security. Bring your own lock or rent one from the studio for $1. Towels are also available for $1.

How to get there

The studio is conveniently located in downtown Portland, a short walk from the Max or the streetcar. Paid street parking begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday-Saturday and at 1:00 p.m. on Sundays and is located all around the studio, but can be more or less hard to find depending on the day. It’s always wise to leave extra time to find street parking. We’re also only a few blocks from two parking garages on 12th between Couch and Everett.

Thank you
Power Vinyasa with Dena
The class wasn’t that hot, certainly not 95 degrees? I liked the class and felt great after, and the instructor was awesome. But I don’t understand why she didn’t just let the music play? I think during the 90 minutes she randomly played 5-6 songs, stopping and starting it at no real interval. Please just play the music! Especially when it’s loud outside the room :)

Amazing
Yin with Tami
Really enjoyed this class and the instructor! Can’t wait to go back to this studio. I find many yoga studios to be stuffy and quite obnoxious but this one felt inviting and calm.
Yin with Tami
Ahhh, the yin class. So cozy. The studio is lovely. Everyone is friendly.

Power Vinyasa with Elizabeth
The space itself was really beautiful and well kept. The floors were pretty hard, I’m used to softer ‘yoga’ specific floors at most studios. The sequence felt a little disjointed. The playlist was good, though! The teacher was okay. Overall I could take or leave this class ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Vinyasa with Benjamin
One of my favorite vinyasa classes, perfect for anyone looking to deepen their practice.
Candlelight Vinyasa with Allison
I wasn’t a fan of the studio. There was a lil too much going on for my taste. I prefer a more calm environment.
Power Vinyasa with Susan
Exactly what I needed!!
