About this studio

Yoga High Denver offers many styles of yoga, including Flow, Acroyoga, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Tribal, Yin and free meditation classes. They also offer many styles of massage, including deep tissue, raindrop therapy, Swedish, cranial-sacral, Thai and Reiki.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. If you like to wear shorts, just keep in mind that you might be on your back at times with your legs spread in the air, so make choices that will keep you comfortable. Yoga is done without shoes or socks. You can also bring a water bottle, a hand towel (to help with gripping your mat) and your own yoga mat. Yoga mats are available to borrow as well.

How to get there

The studio is located in the historic Ghost Building, right across 18th Street from the 10th Circuit Courthouse and right across Stout Street from the Marriott City Center, directly on the Light Rail Line. The doors the building are open 20 minutes before class. Use the right door and push down before you pull open, the door sticks, and you can take the elevators or stairs down to find the studio to the left.
