Are you ready to flow hard? Y7 Studio was established in Brooklyn in 2013 and offers sweat-dripping, beat-bumping, candlelit yoga. You’ll flow along to the latest beats in an infrared heated room that will take you to a place you’ve never before been. Join them for the best hour of your day. Leave feeling strong, clear and ready to take on whatever the city has in store for you. Y7 Studio's music-driven yoga classes put a fun twist on the ancient art of yoga. The creative sequencing makes their classes equal parts invigorating and detoxifying.

How to prepare

Y7 is sweat dripping, beat bumping, candlelit yoga. The studios are heated between 80-90 degrees. Y7 recommends bringing a yoga mat, towel, and water. Mats can be rented for $2, and skidless towels for $3. Water is available for purchase for $2. Y7 classes start promptly, and late entry is not permitted for any class. Please note that if you are not checked in 2 minutes before class begins, Y7 may surrender your spot in class to a yogi on the waitlist.

For all class reservation time changes please use the ClassPass website or app. Y7 is unable to change your ClassPass reservation time and date. Late entry is not permitted for any class.

this class was sooo good. everything I needed. worked up a good sweat and felt my frequencies raise.

Slow burn is a good option if you've worked out very hard the day beforemore like a muscle recovery class. Just what I needed! I did feel that we spent too much time stretching in this one. I didn't sweat at all (the temperature of the room felt not as hot as it usually is, but that could have been because we're moving slowly and holding positions) so I'd recommend not spending extra on the mat towel for Slow Burn classes.

A dark, candle-lit room with misogynistic hip hop blasting may not be everyones thing, but the teacher was very present and the class was well instructed.

I love that there's a Slow Burn option in the mornings now. Such a mindful class and Kristin was very focused and encouraging. I will definitely take another class with her/here again! I wish the studio would transition out the white towels that are old, thin and super hard, though. (Very grateful they are free!)
