About this studio

At Y7 we do things differently. We give you 60 minutes of intensity, combined with heat and strength, complemented by deep breathing and a calming of the mind. We ask you to step outside the chaos and embrace the fire inside. You'll flow along to the latest beats. There are no mirrors in the candlelit studios. Our unique infrared technology heats the room between 80-90 degrees. The darkness, the sounds, and the heat will take you to a place you've never before been. Leave Y7 feeling strong, clear and ready to take on whatever the city has in store for you. Take a class and never look back.

How to prepare

Classes are open-level, designed for you to be in charge of where you want to take your practice. Yoga mats and skidless non-slip towels are available to rent. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are not checked in 2 minutes prior to the start of class, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. The safety of all of our clients is our first priority. For that reason late entry into class will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Y7 Studio SoHo is located at 430 Broome St in SoHo. For all class reservation time changes please use the ClassPass website or app. Y7 is unable to change your ClassPass reservation time and date. The safety of all of our clients is our first priority. For that reason late entry into class will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Great flow, great music, nice staff and instructor. There’s just no space inside the lobby/waiting area — prepare to push your way through the sweaty crowd, grab stuff from your locker and run! Hardly room to bend over to tie sneakers! Ultimately, you just deal with it because the class itself is so good — just to prepared to be quick, in and out!

love the class and instructor. HOWEVER the staff outside needs to be quieter during class. they are often noisy and it is disruptive.

Julie is not the best teacher. Her flows are too slow during the slow parts, too fast during the fast parts. She doesn’t give any adjustments. Y7 is great though

This was not real yoga. The instructor just named different poses without any real understanding of how to flow between them. She also made up a bunch of things so we could “just move”. Some people were in positions where they could have hurt themselves and no corrections were made.

What is ClassPass?
