Riding High with Lauren
Fun playlist. The bike is more like a soul cycle bike- no monitor with your resistance and stats. Small room and bikes are close to one another but good energy and teacher moves around the room motivating people.

Good workout. Five stations with three exercises at each. The space is not super big so you have to be mindful of your neighbors but a great sweat.

Very first experience in this type of training.That was hard and really uplifting!!
Move Sweat Work with Ashley
Instructor had a lot of enthusiasm, but only take this class if you want to dance/can dance. Not an even ratio, hardly any strength training, almost all quick change dance/cardio.
Tight End with Lauren
This really kicked my butt. Great weight-lifting and cardio class. However the instructor is monotone and not very energetic which made it hard to stay motivated.

What is ClassPass?
