About this studio

Our CrossFit program is designed to be challenging, fun and results-driven. Our program utilizes constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. We incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in every workout. Our program is scalable and inclusive of all ages, fitness levels and fitness goals.

Really hard!
CrossHIIT
First time trying out classpass and CrossFit. Initially intimidated because I didnt even know what a burpee was and am having terrible skin rashes. Loved how attentive and encouraging the instructor was and that everybody could push themselves at their own pace and level!

Good workout, fairly good gym space and a good sized class. You can take the workout at your own pace, which is sometimes what you need!

Class was 20 minutes not 45, no AC or music. Awful!

Good workout. I appreciate the warm up and attention to detail the coaches have.

Very challenging routine. I read others complaints that its not much exercise, which is sort of misleading. Sure, the actual workout was only two 12-minute circuits (not including warm up, movement instruction and cool down), but those 12 minutes are brutal, in true CrossFit fashion, i.e., AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), EMOM (every minute on the minute). I was dying pretty early on and definitely felt worked.

Tough class, lots of running and burpees. They have two private showers which are ok, but no shampoo or conditioner so if you need that bring your own. The towel situation was a bit confusing, it seemed like the towels available may have already been used? Basically if youre squeamish about showers/lockers being pristine this might not be the place for you to work out before work. Ill definitely be back for some of the evening classes.

after 30 minutes introfucing ourselves and going over instructions, we started a 20 min workout...! the last 10 min were again spent discussing. the teacher was nice but this is just not enought of a workout!

Good workout, more cardio than weightlifting. It'd be nice to know the CrossHIIT schedule. Some days it's a lower body focus, others are upper, some are cardio. It'd be nice to have more of a description on ClassPass.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
