About this studio

This studio offers classes in mat pilates, prenatal pilates, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, and postnatal yoga. Specializing in catering to both new and seasoned students, the teachers are able to tailor the class to the student's needs. Teacher's also offer hand's-on adjustments when needed and appropriate. Props are encouraged and offered for the student's total experience of both the yoga and pilates classes.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothes, they have the rest. If you would like you can bring a bottle of water and towel, though they do have water available. If you feel it is necessary to wear socks when you practice yoga or pilates, please wear socks with the little rubber grips on them (i.e toe socks).

How to get there

Conveniently located 2 short blocks off of the Astoria Blvd N and W train stop at 28-22 Astoria Blvd in the lower level. We are located in the same location as the MyGym space.

Justin is such a great teacher, so glad I checked out this class and found exactly what I needed right in the neighbourhood! Very challenging and definitely a great workout, but also very zen.

Intro to Inversions and Arm Balances
Cristina made this class absolutely incredible - I was so sad to learn that it was her last one! I had been meaning to sign up for weeks and just didnt get around to it but I really wish I had! Please please please bring back this class/Cristina or at least have a few workshops with her so I can come back. Im so sad I wont be able to take this weekly!!
Intro to Inversions and Arm Balances
This class was amazing ! Cristina is great, she is sweet and very focused on alignment. I would love to go back to this class and it would be great to have an inversion seminar where we could really focus on that. Thank you so much Cristina !

a great class! Naomi is knowledgeable and sumer warm. afterthe class, mymind was calm and peaceful, and my body massaged!!

I had the best time! Cristina is so good at what she does, and the time she takes to make sure youre doing the workout the right way is so helpful! I cant wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful- best restorative class I have been to. Naomi was so calm and soothing and really went above and beyond in helping each person feel at ease and comfortable in all the positions. Felt so relaxed and peaceful afterwards!

class was ok. order of the class was a bit off. not many classical pilates moves. pace was also a bit slow
